Be careful *Scam and fraud* from inside this bank in Sun mall the same allied executives mark you and make you install an app called AnyDesk and with this they withdraw your available money in several transactions at the same time without the possibility of return why are they colluded, agents from BBVA DF are already investigating this branch, for now I already have a demand in CONDUSEF.

Excellent service, the service inside the bank takes a long time for the staff to serve you, all the ATMs work well for withdrawing or depositing

They don't know their own processes, I had to go to another branch. They even leave us waiting outside when it is raining and they don't even give us a number (shift) to ensure that we will enter.

It is a great bank with the debit card to have your payroll and make your payments and purchases with the BBVA application and good service in customer service branches.
